We are on the lookout for a data scientist with excellent coding and algorithmic skills. </BR></BR> We are a young data and tech-driven start-up based in Hillerød. Our mission is to build data and analytics driven services available to end consumers. First service aims to assist consumers in controlling and optimizing their personal finances.

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in defining the data, architecture and solution requirements,
• Ingest and quality assure data – structured and un-structured – from numerous sources,
• Transform data so it can be used for modeling,
• Build machine learning and other models to refine and predict on data,
• Prepare data for sharing with consumer in a visualized manner,
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.

You’ll be a part of the full value chain – defining the requirements, design the data architecture, build the ML and other algorithms and set the vision for the solution going forward.

We expect that you:

• Can make data talk so the consumer understand,
• Have experience in solution design for data driven solutions,
• Have experience in handling big data from multiple sources and deriving insights from them,
• Have excellent coding and algorithmic skills and preferably experience in R, Python or equal,
• Have experience in or interest in cloud based solutions such as AWS or Microsoft Azure,
• Can work independently and make decisions on your own,
• Can identify pragmatic solutions to complex problems,
• Are open-minded, willing to develop new skills, and keep yourself updated on latest tech,
• Are hardworking and dedicated to the product,
• Enjoy exploring new ideas and appreciate being around people who challenge you,
