We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, if you breathe Digital Marketing, we want to talk to you ! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create, develop, optimize, track and implement our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Develop Digital content marketing strategies and plans to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness
  • Develop and implement regional digital marketing initiatives in terms of content creation, management and distribution, driving potential synergies across countries;
  • Ensure support to local marketing teams to design and implement local digital marketing initiatives including support in the brief definition, identification of digital agencies, identification of media, proposal of contents for each brand / sub-brand / category within the Cluster, recommendation of budget allocations;
  • Creating strategies to increase online traffic to our website;
  • Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers
  • Taking care of everything from SEO, SEM to Social Media Marketing;
  • Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data
  • Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
  • Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is.
  • Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well.
  • Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms and blog. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job.


KEY SKILLS

  • Fluent in Danish and English (French is an advantage)
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role (preferably from a digital agency background)
  • A proven track record of managing large digital marketing projects for a range of clients
  • A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix – Email, SEO, PPC, Content, Social & Affiliates
  • Experience of creating successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Strong team management and organisational skills
  • Experience of managing budgets and working with major global clients
  • A good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS systems, including WordPress
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously
  • A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with A/B testing would also be an advantage
