What is the role about?

We are seeking a Growth Hacker, who acts as a Marketer and is able to combine a creative mind with strong analytical skills. To manage growth at JustBring you need to be strategic, innovative, analytical, and user-acquisition-obsessed. 

Specific Objectives

- Create, implement and identify new techniques/channels and ideas to drive community growth (user acquisition)

- Utilize data and split tests (Facebook ads, web and e-mail) to gain company growth within product, marketing and community.

- Manage user acquisition campaigns through social and digital media (such as Facebook and Instagram)

- Use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to guide growth strategies and campaigns

- Work in cross-functional teams

- Generate, analyse, and interpret performance data of experiments

Qualifications

- Ability to learn new platforms and technologies fast 

- Growth Hacking mentality: analytical thinking, creativity and awareness of technical opportunities 

- Experience in target groups and market research

- Comfortable with writing copy for ads in English (Danish is a plus but not requirement)

- Understanding of Adobe Photoshop is a plus!
