To support a rapid growth worldwide, we are looking for a natural born sales talent with the ability to close deals in combination with excellent management skills to head up our European inside sales operations. The position will report to the CEO.
Responsibilties
You will be responsible for building the European inside sales team to generate leads and develop business, measured on making the numbers. The lead generation is primarily inbound through trial sign up’s and upsell to existing clients. Primary responsibilities will include inside sales through both email, Skype and phone, sales administration and marketing support. In the first phase your job will be ‘hands on’ closing deals, getting to know the business as well as building the structure, tracking leads using Hubspot.com and hiring sales talent - creating a solid foundation for scaling fast. Attention to detail as well as an ability to communicate effectively to a wide target audience are critical to success.
