We are subscription based B2B only, our playground is the entire world, and our clients are among the biggest companies worldwide. We have HQ in Copenhagen, development in Minsk and sales office in San Francisco, and we are only just getting started...


To support a rapid growth worldwide, we are looking for a natural born sales talent with the ability to close deals in combination with excellent management skills to head up our European inside sales operations. The position will report to the CEO.

Responsibilties

You will be responsible for building the European inside sales team to generate leads and develop business, measured on making the numbers. The lead generation is primarily inbound through trial sign up’s and upsell to existing clients. Primary responsibilities will include inside sales through both email, Skype and phone, sales administration and marketing support. In the first phase your job will be ‘hands on’ closing deals, getting to know the business as well as building the structure, tracking leads using Hubspot.com and hiring sales talent - creating a solid foundation for scaling fast. Attention to detail as well as an ability to communicate effectively to a wide target audience are critical to success.


  • Focus on day-to-day operations, monitor and track Account Manager (AM) productivity (opportunity creation, progression, etc.)
  • Train AMs on questioning techniques, objection handling strategies, psychology, storytelling, and differentiated messaging to persistently explore and uncover the pains of our prospects that align to our solution.
  • Develop & manage new reports and dashboards in Hubspot.com to track team performance
  • Work with the marketing team to drive effective campaigns with clear success metrics
  • Bring a perspective at all times, understand you have a seat at the table, and pipe up when you see opportunity to get better
  • Recruit, Hire, Grow, and Retain high energy, results driven inbound AM’s
  • You are both strategic and tactical. You can design and execute on a plan. You have a vision for long term predictable pipeline generation.
  • Create and foster a performance-driven culture where every AM strives to be #1 among peers every day.

 

A bit about you

  • You are a top perfomer
  • 3 years successful management of Inside Sales / Account Management team or comparable experience
  • Successful track record selling software subscriptions online preferred
  • Experienced in using CRM systems (we have Hubspot.com)
  • Experience in building highly effective and efficient prospecting campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined leader who gets the best out of his / her team.
