Duuoo.io is a Copenhagen based startup with a mission to help companies become people-first workplaces. What makes Duuoo unique is the fact that we use technology to empower people to have great face-to-face interactions. We’ve created a smart assistant that gives managers the tools and information they need to lead productive and motivated teams through 1-on-1 meetings. We’re co-founded by Founders and have a team of 10 ambitious people from Denmark, Russia, The Netherlands and Romania.

Your job will be to lead a small team of developers and work closely with the business and design team to guide product development.

Who are we looking for?

• You have 3 – 5 years of experience doing development, building a team and creating a good product development culture and still enjoy it.
  
• You are a self-starter: Being in a leadership position you are able to motivate both yourself and the people around using strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Somebody who has built a product from the ground up and would love to make it happen again: Start from the green-field and build a product, infrastructure and processes!
• You enjoy building product that customers love
• Somebody that can take ownership of the technical architecture and development processes.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to get your hands dirty: You code, you can define tasks, schedule deliverables and track the progress against timelines.
• You enjoy release code quickly and multiple times a week
• You have an analytical and data-driven approach to decisions

What would make you stand out / the icing on the cake?

• Completed computer science degree or similar education.
• Experience with Machine Learning.
