Visual Identity Developer will be responsible for creating the visual materials which represent the company and its image. The person will design an unique logo and materials which are needed from the business point of view such as business cards, promo materials, etc. By creating visual identity being able to aim designated target audiences and create consistency across all marketing platforms.

TASKS

• create the design manual
• create the logo
• design promo materials (business cards, stickers, Tshirts, etc.)
• create Word and PowerPoint template  
• design cover pictures for different platforms (Facebook, The HUB, LinkedIn, Google +)
• design materials for the crowdfunding campaign  
• working together with Marketing and Development to create new graphic materials 

SKILL SET

• being proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)
• good communication skills
• ability to think creatively and innovatively
• team player who can adapt to new situations
• understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• being able to connect design with different target groups
• familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic and web design
• being organized
